Overview
We stand behind our plugins and want you to be happy with your purchase. That said, we understand a plugin cannot work perfectly for every website or setup. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or run into an issue we are unable to resolve that leaves your website or system unusable, we are happy to consider a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue. We review every request individually and aim to reply within our normal business working days.
What’s Not Covered
A few costs sit outside what a refund can cover:
- PayPal transaction fees. PayPal’s policy keeps all fees on transactions that sellers refund. In PayPal’s own words: “there are no extra fees charged when you refund a payment, but the transaction fees that you already paid when receiving the original payment will not be returned.” This means the original transaction fee is not refundable, even when the purchase price is.
- Exchange rate differences. We are not responsible for covering any difference in exchange rates between the time of your original purchase and the time a refund is issued.
Acceptance of This Refund Policy
By purchasing our plugins, you confirm that you have read this refund policy in full and accept its terms. Please do not complete a purchase if you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions in general, or this refund policy in particular.
Changes to This Refund Policy
This refund policy may be updated at any time, without prior notice, and takes effect immediately, including retroactively for existing subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered part of our Terms and Conditions, and acceptance of it is required to use our plugins.
