Digital Products
Non-Refundable Digital Products
Because of the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer a cancellation or refund once a plugin has been downloaded or a license key has been activated. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
Annual and Recurring Plugin Licenses
Pro plugin licenses billed on an annual or recurring basis can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next renewal. Cancel from your account dashboard, or contact us and we will handle it for you within our normal business working days.
Refunds
A cancellation is not automatically a refund. Where a cancellation is eligible for money back, it is handled under our Refund Policy — please review it for what is refundable and how to request one.
